  • Lifecycle of an implementation project
    IMMIX Solutions work in a systematic manner and with a set of procedures to ensure the successful completion of all our projects.

    Based on the size and the complexity of the project we will adapt the methodology to ensure enough control for a successful completion, but without being hindered by too much administration.

    A typical CRM implementation will contain the following phases:

    Analysis Phase
    This is the official start of the implementation project. The overall goal is to define and agree upon the scope of the project, including all the business requirements. During this initial phase you will also get to know the CRM application in more detail and there will be many discussions around the solution to be implemented.

    Design Phase
    This phase is where the solution will be designed to meet the requirements that were defined in the Analysis Phase.

    Development Phase
    The solution is now actually developed. This includes customisations, reports and any data migration components.

    Deployment Phase
    This phase is where all the efforts of the project team come together for a successful transition to the new system. The phase starts with a thorough testing both by us and you to ensure that it fulfils the requirements. All the users will be trained, and then be ready to start using the new solution.

    Closeout/Operation Phase
    This is the final phase, where everything is tied up, and where all parts of the solution is moved from the implementation project to operations and support.
